Meet The Characters
Get to know the characters from Kingdoms Quest! Each is simply
a close but not perfect representation of what Faith imagined each character to look like and encouraged readers to use their own imagination still!

Alaina
Meet Alaina. One of the twins. She is courageous in a quiet, resolute way aand strong, not because she seeks power, but because she refuses to abandon what is right. She carries both compassion and conviction, believing deeply in restoration over revenge and hope over fear. Though raised in a fractured world marked by loss and conflict, she chooses faith, empathy, and obedience to God even when the path forward is uncertain.
She is perceptive and steady, often reading hearts as easily as battle maps, and her strength lies as much in wisdom and gentleness as in bravery. Alaina’s leadership emerges naturally through service, humility, and trust in the Lord rather than force. As her journey unfolds, she becomes a bridge between kingdoms. She embodies grace that disarms hostility and love that reshapes destinies.

David
David is steady, principled, and quietly fierce in his loyalty. Where others hesitate, he steps forward with a sense of responsibility that feels both inherited and chosen. He carries the weight of leadership naturally and is protective without being domineering. He measures strength not by conquest, but by faithfulness.
He is thoughtful and observant, often wrestling internally before acting, yet once convinced of what is right, he does not waver. David’s courage is rooted in conviction and trust in God rather than impulse, making him a stabilizing force amid chaos. He leads with integrity, valuing unity, justice, and honor, and he is willing to sacrifice personal desire for the good of others.
As the journey unfolds, David becomes not only a defender of the innocent, but a restorer of order, learning that true leadership is not about command, but about surrender to God’s purpose and timing.

Koen
Koen is forged in contradiction. Shaped by an evil kingdom, while his heart quietly longs for truth. disarmingly charming, quick with humor, sharp with words, and rarely serious for long. He wears wit like armor, using laughter and clever banter to keep others at a safe distance from the wounds he refuses to name. Outwardly confident and easygoing, he has a way of lightening heavy moments, often acting as though nothing weighs on him at all. Beneath the charm though, lies a depth forged through loss and survival. Koen is perceptive and intelligent, and when danger arises, his levity gives way to decisive strength and unwavering courage. He carries a quiet sense of honor that surfaces in action rather than speech.
He carries a deep sense of honor, even when surrounded by corruption, Koen is not quick to speak of faith, yet he is drawn to it, compelled by the integrity and hope he sees in others, especially Alaina.
As truth unfolds, he
learns that his greatest calling is more than he could have ever imagined.

Alaina 2.0
Alternate Alaina look. Another version of what Faith imagines. Especially in battle scenes.
